I have an Alta HR and it has started to crash/shut down during a silent alarm.
I have had to reset it almost daily for 1½ month.
I have tried:
- reinstalling the app on my phone
- reconecting my fitbit to the app
- turning the silent alarms off, and then later on again.
Please help me to a solution I haven't tried.
I know you have discontinued the product from your store, but I still need to use my fitbit.
