Hi,
My ALTA HR is no longer tracking active minutes or sleep. I've tried rebooting it, tried unpairing and repairing on BT (after removing every other BT device), installing and uninstalling the APP. All I have managed to accomplish is wiping my 3 years worth of data on the APP????!!!!
Can anyone help? Or is it time to try another brand? Unfortunately, the last FB I had just stopped working a few days after warranty. I'm not rough and a light excerciser so don't think it's because I've been abusing the product.

My Alta HR has not been working well for the past 3 months. It will charge and briefly display correctly and briefly work. then it goes blank. It worked well for two years. Same thing happened with my first Fitbit. It literally fell apart on my wrist, literally into pieces while I was wearing it, just after two years. The company offered no support as it was two weeks past the warranty. Fortunately, I took it back to Costco and they refunded it 100%. I am very disappointed again. The band malfunctioned and they replaced it with a better version. I have three fashionable bands and like the slim style. With no company support, I think I am stuck. The Alta HR has been discontinued, right?
