Activity tile missing from dashboard and can’t be restored in efit

Today after tracking a walk all the Tiles on dashboard were unresponsive. The activity tile is gone. After signing off and restarting my phone the other tiles now work but activity is not there. Under Edit it is on the list but can’t be activated for the dashboard. Any suggestions
