After 999 steps, steps show in scientific notation

When I take 7000 steps, the screen shows 7.0*10³ steps. When I take 12000 steps, the screen shows 12*10³ steps. How do I make it show it so steps show in the full number, no matter what?

To change the settings so you see the actual number of steps rather than rounded to the nearest hundred, you need to choose a horizontal clock face rather than a vertical one.  You need to make the change in your app and then be sure to sync your Fitbit so that the change is reflected on the clock face.
