Dear LizFitbit,
I recently bought a Fitbit Alta HR for my wife. Now about a week ago, the thing died due to an automatic software update. Sometimes it seems that the device is working again, but those thoughts are short-lived, because then the technical ingenuity has turned back into an expensive black bracelet and is no longer showing information.
When is Fitbit going to address this issue in the form of a software patch or otherwise?
