Alert vibrates at midnight which I can't cancel

My Alta HR sends out an alert ,vibrates and lights whizzing at midnight every night.   I do not have an alarm set and have looked all over how to cancel it.   Please help as I want to keep it on to measure sleep but it wakes me up!

Please help.

Mine says it’s a new event on the calendar. Nothing has been added.
