I had an invitation to a challenge and clicked to accept. It took me to an error code: access denied. I went to my app and it isn't loading properly. I logged in on computer and it shows that it's not syncing!! So I decided to delete app and reload. Now I can't log in - shows Oops, something went wrong. Please try again - still won't work.

That doesn't mean you IP has been blocked.
Have you tried restarting the phone and through WiFi and cellular.
