Alta Fitbit not turning on after several years of non-use, but fully charged.

I haven’t used my Fitbit in several years, but I charged it all night and it won’t turn on.

Hi @GidgetGirl62 if your Alta sat with a dead battery for a few years, it might be dead. Charging overnight isn't the answer. Restarting it might help, but more than likely the battery died. The Alta was replaced by the Inspire series, then the Inspire 2. I think the Alta was discontinued in 2019. I had the Alta HR and now have the Luxe. Anyway, I'm not sure restarting it will help at this point, but give it a try.
