Alta HR Band Problems - Best Replacement Band

Hi.  Like many others, I have had problems with the band breaking away from the device.  I've tried two replacements from Fitbit without any luck.

Has anyone found a third-party replacement band that doesn't break? I'd love a recommendation.

I have a fitbit but the strap is too small for me, any ideas where i can get an original strap from? There are many generic ones out there so I'm looking for a proper fitbit strap.

I was able to chat online with Fitbit and they are replacing my entire Alta
HR. I was impressed! I’ve not tried the mesh band. Carol

OITOM BANDS - I have found these to be the best and most "attractive":

Oitom Bands Compatible with Fitbit Charge 2 Accessory Replacement Bands (2 Pack),(2 Size Choice) Large 6.7-9.3 inch or Small 5.1-6.8 inch,8 Combo Color  (copied from Amazon).

Its not the metal or the screw. Its the flimsy plastic slide it breaks away from the band. Its not very strong plastic. 5th band 1 yr

Its the plastic slide the qatch slides into. Its made of plastic and breaks very easily.  Im searching for an all metal type so it wont break away. Its n I t the metal lock mechanism. Its the insert.  Trust me i been studying how these a rt e made. I think fitbit would wake up!!

I found a site. Wish. They sell msny different styles and the plastic face seems to be made of metal. Amazon carries them. I may grab one to see. In the description there is no mention of plastic or durable plastic or what ever adjective u wanna use.  It say all metal etc etc.

Wow-that’s worse than I experienced. Mine all broke the same way. Definitely a Fitbit problem.
