Alta HR Battery won't hold a charge

My fit bit won't hold a charge it is taking all day just to charge up to half way however when you wear it it dies shortly after. I love my fit bit but it's clearly not working. it is connected properly and kept in very good condition

Clean the contacts on the charger and tracker using an alcohol wipe then put it on charge using a different USB slot or different wall charger to your usual one, and restart it several times. Leave it charging till fully charged and see if it reaches full charge in a couple of hours. Let us know how you go.

I will try the alochol while but I have tried everything else it says charging on the screen but after 5_10 minutes it dies that's even when it's been plugged in charging all day

My Alta will not hold a charge. At this point it is useless because it will not track my steps. I use the app
