I've had no issues with my fitbit up until a few days ago. I looked down to check the time and my display wouldnt turn on. Naturally, I went to plug it in, even though it was over 50% battery still. It vibrated and turned out & after having read reviews/customer support, I pressed the button on the charger 3 times to restart it, which worked fine. This happened again the next day, and I followed the same protocol. Lastnight, for the third time this happened but it would not longer turn on when plugged in. There is no green light on the bottom side like usual, it would not vibrate or show any sign of life when plugged in - I even left it over night. I tried cleaning the battery sensors with a cotton swab but no luck. It's only been 14 months since I got it - not sure what the issue could be?

Hi @sarahvanass If restarting it is no longer helping then you will need to contact Support and see if they can help you.
