Request for help please, the battery Shows more than 50% charged but after 2-3 mins of wearing it, it goes black Screen and a message appearing on the screen V26.63.02

 

when I try syncing to the Fitbit app, it asks to setup again and again. A message displays on the screen for setup.

No. I was using this device for the past 1.5 years and it suddenly started behaving weird!
