So all Fitbits have a 1 year warranty? My Alta HR stopped working, contacted customer service they basically said I have to buy a Fitbit every year. This is my 3rd Fitbit!! What can i do?

Hi @tshanks625 - yes, a one year warranty is standard, at least in the US. To get around this ... especially if the item I’m about to purchase is expensive ... I pay for an extended warranty. Or, I use my American Express card, which normally doubles the warranty on most purchases.

I really love FitBit, but this is my 3rd Fitbit. I can't afford to buy one every year, smh!! So disappointed!!
