Ive just swapped from iOS to Android 10 using a Moto G8. My Alta HR worked perfectly with my iPhone, but ive had nothing but trouble getting it to work with my Moto device. Ive installed the app, logged in, and set up device. I get as far as the app telling me we've found your tracker, and enter the 4 digit code. Enter code, connecting........ thats as far as I get, it will not fully synchronise. Ive reset both the phone, and fitbit, ive re-installed the app, ive turned Bluetooth off/on, but it will not connect. Sorry, the setup is taking longer than usual, please be patient, we're on it! No you are not on it, its not working. Can anyone help? Thx

UPDATE:
Fitbit will NOT sync to device when connected to WiFi.
Disconnect from WiFi and use mobile network 4G data connectivity - Fitbit will sync just fine.
So a fix, albeit not ideal!
