I am on my 3rd replacement band for my Alta HR. I just received a new band in August 2019, and now, 3 months later, pieces have fallen off again, except now my warranty has expired. The band that is only 3 months old, that I never detach from the Fitbit itself (except when it falls off my wrist due to the band breaking), should be covered. The quality is terrible and at a minimum, a "new" band should last longer than 3 months.

I got some great bands from AMazon...much better price. And have had NO problem with detaching from the Fitbit..The original began detaching and Fitbit was of no assistance

They were not glad to help me out, in fact, they told me nothing and offered zero assistance. I've checked my inbox, now 2 days later, and I still don't have anything. I would like Fitbit to provide a quality product and when one clearly is not, then it should be replaced without requiring me to seek out others, like in this forum.

They were of NO assistance when mine kept coming detached. As I said earlier...just went on Amazon and found a great almost identical set of 3 bands for much less. They have been great and NEVER detach...

I understand you aren't in a position to help. I sympathize with that. The pat, routine answers to complaints that replacement bands aren't readily available from Fitbit are disingenuous at best. It is obvious to your customers that you would rather sell them a new device than support the one they have. I have enjoyed my Fitbit but will be looking at other brands when I replace it.
