Companies sell flawed designed products like Alta HR with the snap on bands. Lots of people are stuck with bad product that’s useless as it falls off and the folks like James Park have millions dollar in the bank!

Hi @runner0721  I had an Alta HR myself, a few years back. It's been discontinued for a couple of years now. James Parker no longer owns Fitbit. As of January 2021, it belonged to Google. Might be time for you to look at the ongoing sales and get another tracker.
