My Alta HR keeps recording activity I am not doing and dies every two days. This has never happened before and I regularly track and utilize my Fitbit

I would like to know if you keep having problems with your Alta HR? If so, about the battery, follow the steps in the article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?. Now about the exercises, you can restart the tracker by following the steps in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
