Alta HR battery life :(

My Alta HR which is about 2 years old is at full battery and around 5 minutes later the battery is COMPLETELY drained...

 

What should I do?

Hi @Hamming_zaza  hae you tried restarting the device a few times? It is also entirely possible that your Alta HR has simply reached the end of it's life.
