Alta HR battery not charging

My Alta HR does not charge and does'nt have the green lights anymore. I find it unusual because it works well before the battery became fully depleted. I charged it, it shows the charging icon but it does'nt come to full charge and it shows alternate switching between the logo and the charging icon. I tried wearing it but it is totally unresponsive once pulled out from the charger. I did the reset method with the button (3x times push within 8 secs), charging from laptop and changing the charger. It did not work. The unit is almost 2 years with me.  Please help. Thanks

I contacted our Support team and they confirmed you already contacted them and they are assisting you. To keep in touch with them just reply to the last email you received from them.
