Alta HR battery not charging

My fibbit won’t charging up I need a new one

Hi @kingDave83  you should edit your post to remove your personal information. The Alta series was retired quite some time ago. I doubt it is still under warranty. Have you tried cleaning the charger itself?

Thanks for the troubleshooting performed before reaching out. If the issue persists with your Alta HR and if you haven't tried this, you can follow the suggestions in this link Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?.

If your tacker has an HR sensor (green LEDs) you're using an Alta HR, if not you're using an Alta. Take this into consideration when verifying the restart instructions on the help article.
