Hi everyone! I have a fitbit alta HR 1.1 version, bought in 2017 in Italy.
The battery no longer works properly: it lasts just a few hours and when it’s about to finish, a sign of the battery and an exclamation mark appear in the screen of the fitbit.
Moreover, the fitbit indicates me that I have had a lot of “active minutes” (even more than 200 min) while I have been spending all the morning sat in the writing desk.
Please if someone can help me, I will be very very glad!!! Because of this issue I’m no longer able to use the fitbit.
Thank you
Michele

Hi Mike, is your fitbit still within the warrenty period? If so I suggest you contact fitbit support. I experienced exact same issue with my FitBit Altra HR over 2 weeks ago. The battery went from lasting 4 days to just a few hours overnight. A week later my fitbit started making loud buzzing noise during the last charge and when it stopped buzzing it turn off and never turned on again. I contacted fitbit support and after a week of getting them to respond to my requests they finally sent me a replacement pebble because I am still within my warranty period. But the replacement pebble is faulty and not working. So not a happy ending at this point 😞

Mine says it has 24% of the battery left, and within a few hours I go check the time, and the battery is dead.
