Hi there, does anyone know what Fitbits warranty is? My Alta HR broke and they replaced it in March 2020, this has now stopped working (lights no longer show, pebble is dead and it gets very hot if you try and charge it). Fitbit claim this is out of warranty?! They also seem to dodge any requests I have made for their complaints procedure. I’d never had an issue with their Customer Service before but they’ve been absolutely awful, I’m also not sure if its a bot or a human I’m dealing with as they never seem to answer the questions I’ve asked

Warranty is from date of original purchase; it does not reset with replacement.
