Xiaomi Mi A1 Android 9 phone
App connects the tracker shows the code. After entering code, tracker shows "check" but app says can't connect, and shows Try again button. I restarted Bluetooth then restarted phone - nothing helps.

His @vnakvasiuk - I’m sorry to say but your phone is not listed as being compatible with Fitbit. That is likely causing your issues.

Just tried with Samsung Galaxy J3. It is listed as compatible. But still have same issue: after entering 4digits code phone trying to connect and then sows "Not working" with Try Again button.

My Alta used to be connected, I deleted from my account it to try to fix the "faulty connection" after a fitbit update in November. My phone was never listed as one that was supported (Moto E4), but it always worked. Now I can't get it reconnected. It wasn't connecting to the app OR the website after that update. The last sync to the website was on Nov 16, the last sync to the app was Nov 15. I have tried every fix I could find on the Fitbit bulletin boards and the Moto bulletin boards. Rebooting my phone, turning my bluetooth off and back on, deleting and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache on the phone, even deleting and now trying to reinstall the device. I bought the Inspire to replace it, but really dislike the size of the tracker and plan to return it.
