Alta HR crashing since the UK clocks changed

Since the UK clocks changed, my fitbit alta HR has been repeatedly crashing; especially when running a silent alarm. 

 

By crashing I mean that it completely powers off (no matter the battery level, this morning I had 70% and it still crashed) and won't turn on again for about 12 hours.

 

Is there a known software bug, and will there be a fix for this, or is the alta HR just dead now?

Has anyone else had this issue recently too, and have they found a solution at all?
