Alta HR didn't register sleep

I have been logging my sleep every night and had no issues until today. When I refreshed & syncing it updated steps but did not record sleep for last night. This is the fist time this happened I gave iPhone 7s I have been wearing Alta HR to bed every night and checking sleep daily with no issues until now.

It's great to see you around, @Sherinpa1.

If your tracker isn't registering your sleep information, I recommend trying the following:

  1. Manually sync the tracker. See instructions in How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
  2. Restart the tracker. See instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Try sleeping with the tracker on your non-dominant hand.
  4. If steps 1-3 don't work, I suggest manually logging your sleep to reflect the time slept. See instructions in How do I change my sleep history?

It seems to have corrected itself. I had clicked on the + sign and saw log
sleep and I guess it then went into manual mode. I entered the sleep for
that day and logged out and since then it is doing it again automatically

Why has it stopped registering my sleep score? I haven’t done anything different that possibly would cause it to not register my heart rate while sleeping. But for the past 4 days it hasn’t registered my sleep

I ended up contacting help support and they couldn't help me so my issue is being sent to a higher level of support who is suppose to contact me via email will let you know what they have to say
