This morning after my walk and the app successfully logging the steps (& at 60% battery) suddenly the display died, no HR lights, nothing. Won’t charge, tried all the reset actions, nothing.
Last year, July 2018, I had the same problem and eventually I had to send it back for a replacement- this was the 2nd time.
Fitbit are not answering email support ? Any idea what I should do now? Thanks....
