Alta HR died yesterday

Without warning my Alta hr died yesterday. It will not charge or wake up at all even when plugged into the charger. My phone also cannot locate it to sync. I’ve tried the restart from the button on the cord and nothing. 
suggestions?

Hi @Cheekeliz - How long have you had your Alta HR? That model is quite old. Sorry to say, it may be time to upgrade to a newer model. If you like the small device, the Inspire HR may be a good choice. Or, if you want all the “bells and whistles,” you may want to consider the Versa 2, which is my personal favorite.
