Alta HR display is blank

Hi,

This morning my screen has decided it doesn't want to display anything when I tap or swipe it. My battery is half charged and I have tried doing a reset of my tracker but to no avail.

That’s great @Billy-Pud! I really don’t think that there will be a patch for the app that fixes the issue, especially since Alta is being phased out.

I’m having the same issue and I tried all of the instructions and tips and nothing is working. It won’t reboot and nothing displays on the screen.

I had no luck. I talked to support and they gave me a discount code to buy a new one.

Im sorry to say....I ended up accepting their 50% discount on the purchase
of a new unit.

Ah. Mine was the same, blank screen on fitbit and everything showing up on
mobile. Luckily for me, mine was 18 months old so still under warranty.
