When I charge my Alta hr I only get an ! Mark on the screen and it will not synch. Now I can’t use it at all!

Thanks for the troubleshooting performed before reaching out. If this situation persists, please restart your Alta HR by following the steps in this link How do I restart my Fitbit device?
