I have now wasted an hour in trying to get help from Fitbit. Could not. Here is my concern and repeated problems.

 

1.I am now on my third band on my Alta HR.... the second they did not have black and I settled for Fuchsia... now this is broken as it comes off often and sooner or later I am going to loose the Fitbit.

2.The face of all the ones I have had are always blurry and can only read the info on them at night when it is dark.... during the day they are useless.

 

I would like someone from Fitbit to advise of which product of this size is the best regardless of cost but will not give me these issues.
