Hi,

 

Suddenly My Alta HR screen has decided it doesn't want to display anything when I tap or swipe. The display just doesn’t work, it doesn’t show anything. My battery is half charged and I have tried doing a reset of my tracker but didn’t work.

I’ve tried to update de Bluetooth on my phone, also didn’t help.

Hi Nina90b, i hope that you are well and safe...it looks like that something wrong with the electronic display inside....But, please try to bring it to life by connecting it to an other phone and see....
