Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @Iknowiamcool5

Your iPhone 11 Pro is indeed found on the list of compatible devices. You can view the list here:https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315 You might have seen an outdated post. So with that good news can you clarify what do you mean by connect? I suspect you mean connect your Alta HR to your iPhone Bluetooth.
If that is indeed the case let’s try restarting your Alta HR and see if that helps you reconnect. You will not lose any data doing this.

Here’s how:

  1. Plug your charging cable into a USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display. Your tracker will begin charging.
  3. Press the button on your charging cable 3 times within a few seconds, briefly pausing between presses. The button is on the end of the charging cable that is plugged into your computer. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, this means the tracker has restarted.
  4. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable. Now try sync your Alta HR

If restarting your Fitbit Alta HR does not resolve your connection issues let’s try a few more things that might get you up and running again.

First try turning your Bluetooth off then back on again.

If restarting and toggling the Bluetooth doesn’t help I would suggest force shut the App and restart. Here’s how:

Turn off your Bluetooth

log out of the Fitbit App

completely shut down your device, wait 1-2 mins then restart your device

once your device fully loads enable your Bluetooth again

now log back into your Fitbit App as you normally would with your email address and password

now sync your Alta HR

If the issue is not solved after the above steps, please take a look at the help articles: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? or  Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

😃Please let me know if this resolves your issue....keep me posted.

I have an iPhone 11 and an HP laptop -- both have been syncing with my Alta HR for 2 years now in the last month I have had to uninstall the app and reinstall at least once a week (from both phone and laptop).  I've also done the reset with the power cord at least 3 times.  It will sync for a couple of days then stop working again.
