Alta HR flashing between screens

Today my Fitbit stopped syncing with the app and is now flash- cycling through all screens. I have had my Fitbit over two years and have never seen this before - but two days ago my boyfriend and his mom noticed this same exact issue on their Fitbit Charge 3 (about a year old) and each Fitbit is not syncing or recording steps. We’ve tried to reset the Fitbits, keep them charged, but still nothing. Anyone else having this issue?? Is this just the lifetime of a Fitbit??

As an update, the screen has now completely gone black.

The same thing happened to me this weekend. I almost bought another one but I got it working again. I left it off for a day or two and removed the fit bit from my Bluetooth and reset my fit bit. I then added it to my Bluetooth again and it's working again.
