Alta hr started flashing through info sequence non stop. Tried resetting didn't work. Won't sync.

Hi, @Phna , I’ve seen this happen!  A restart usually fixes this, so I would recommend trying that again a couple more times.  The Alta HR is a pretty old device, so it may not be fixable at this stage, but you might get lucky!

Also, it can be tricky to get the rhythm of pressing and pausing just right.  I find the saying the words out loud can help while you do the restart, so press, pause, press, pause, press.  And, of course, the Fitbit needs to be plugged in to a working charge supply while you try the restart.
