My Alta HR started flashing through all of the different screens. It wont stop even after resetting it 5 times and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Please help.

HI, 

 

I have the same issue. First the Fitbit became unresponsive, after restarting it seemed to work again, now it keep on changin screen and I can't restart it anymore. How can we fix it?
