Alta HR froze up

My Alta hr froze up.

My hr went black, my brand new regular Alta keeps going black. It starts up if I put it on the charger for a few minutes, but it seems to be a lemon. I'm very disappointed in the quality of newer products from Fitbit

I got it fixed.. I put back on the charger and pushed the button on the
other of the charging port on cord.
