Alta HR has black lines across display

Hi,

my Alta HR has developed black unlit lines across the display. It started about two weeks ago but seems to be getting increasingly worse. It’s getting harder to read the time and I had to change the display type to maximise the use of space that is less affected. Is there anything I can do about this???

Any suggestions please? I can hardly read what’s on the display now, I’m afraid this will be it for my Alta....

Hi @Maya_m, welcome to the Forums.

If you haven't try so, please restart your Alta HR by following the steps in this link How do I restart my Fitbit device?
