Alta HR heart rate information inaccurate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My heart rate reading are too high. Just sitting and it says 180. Checked and should actually have been 70. Scared me. This has been going on for a week.

I had my Alta HR over 2 years. This is a new problem. I take it off at night and notice the lights on the band a lite up even though I am not wearing  it

I have same issue.  I have rebooted it twice.  I can leave it off overnight and put back on my wrist in morning and watch the heart rate count up   This morning says heart rate is 120 and when I took BP reading it says heart rate 64.  I have also had problems of late with sleep not recording saying it couldn't get resting heart rate.  I think it's time for me to buy new one.
