So after checking my heart rate last night it pretty much told me my heart rate jumped to 180 for the most of a hour then dropped, I was in peak, now my daughter had woke up sick and I ended up sleeping in her room and I had a few glasses of wine before bed usual Friday evening but it scared the crap out of me and pretty much raised my heart rate all day as I was stressed and could not stop thinking about it, but I’m wondering was it right at all or a technical glitch, please help any info at all would be great, Noreen

Welcome to the Community, @Noreenmcaveety1.

If you are having problems with your heart rate information, I recommend taking a look at the help article: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device? and follow the tips provided there. After following them, test your unit.

Let me know the outcome.
