Alta HR heart rate monitor not working

Hello,

The past few weeks my Alta HR has stopped recording heart rate.  There are no green flashing lights.  I have tried the reset suggested on the community by pressing 3 times and the Fitbit does reset and the lights flash for a few seconds before stopping again.

Please advise what the next steps are to deactivate the heart rate.

Hi @kgb27 Unfortunately if you have restarted the Albany HR several times and the heart rate is still not being recorded and the green lights are not working then there is nothing else you can do. Sorry

Did you ever find any solution to this? Same thing happened to my Alta HR a few weeks back. Tried the reset button three times. Green lights come back but then stop again. It all coincided with my trying a subscription to premium.
