I have had my Alta for a few years now and it has always worked flawlessly. All of a sudden it wasn't giving me a sleep score, and then not registering the type of exercise. I noticed the heart rate monitor wasn't reading anything, my resting heart-rate average stopped on July 8th. I have read all the responses and tried resetting the device... still nothing... any new ideas would be appreciated.
