Alta HR heart rate registers but not sleep

Hello

about once a week now the Alta HR won’t record my sleep, however the heart rate is recorded all day. Charge is above 70%, the app is on latest version. 

 

these nights we like others so don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t register, the day just comes up empty

In addition, you can restart your Fitbit Alta HR by following these steps.
