Hi My Fitbit Alta HR heart rate sensor is not working at all. Tried all troubleshooting methods.

1. Restarted devise (3 clicks in 4 seconds method) - Performed it more than 10 Times - No Progress

2. Heart Rate mode is ON/ Auto. Tried to switch between these several times - No progress

3. Tried changing Phones & re synced devise - No Progress

4. The green light below itself is not glowing.

 

Please advise if there is any way it could be fixed. Its less than 2 years old - Well maintained devise.
