My Alta HR is not displaying the correct time. It is not a time zone issue. It is completely off. If my EST says it is 3:37 p.m., my Alta is showing it is 12;46 a.m. I went through a lengthy chat, process of syncing, resetting, updating app, shutting off phone, bluetooth etc. and it is still not fixed. Any thoughts?

Hi @KrystinKW - Since you were already in touch with Support, I hesitate to step in, but here goes ... is the time on your phone correct? (Which phone are you using?) I ask because the Fitbit normally picks up the time from your phone when it syncs. Is your Alta HR syncing to your phone? Are the steps, etc. showing up correctly?

I had this with my Fitbit. I let the battery completely drain until it had no charge. Then I charged it. When it came back the time was right. Considered it a hard restart. Hope it works.
