Hello my Alta HR suddenly failed to synchronize to the fitbit app and is not even visibile under the Bluetooth devices. I tried all the procedures (phone reset, device reset) but it looks like the Alta communication is not working anymore.

Hi @silviascolari Welcome to the Community Forums!. Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you tried and the information you've shared, regarding the experience with your Alta HR.
If your Alta HR is no longer listed on the Bluetooth list on your phone, it seems that you will need to repeat the setup process one more time. For this, I would like to recommend that you follow the steps below:
1. Open the Fitbit App.
2. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Set Up a Device.
4. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
