Hi there
My FitBit Alta HR is all messed up as of recently. I have restarted it and made sure it's charged, changed settings etc but no fix. It's not reading my heart rate at night at all, and during this morning it was reading my heart rate at 149 even though I was timing it manually as 68bpm. What's happening? I don't see any green lights when I take it off, even if I put the heart rate 'on' all the time. This rise in heart rate is affecting how it's reading my activity and making the data really screwed up.
