I have a Fitbit Alta that is about a year and a half old. This morning I realized that it tracked my active minutes when I was sleeping last night. I did try to reset it using the charger this morning, twice and I unpaired and repaired it from my phone. My heart rate is still way to high and I am sitting still currently. Im not sure what else I can do. Help!

Hello @Regan1010 and welcome to the Community. Please measure your heart rate to see if the device is correct. Sit quietly and measure your pulse on your wrist or neck. Count the number of beats in 10 seconds and multiply by 6. If your Fitbit is incorrect, please look at the troubleshooting steps in this Help article. Also clean the heart rate sensor with some rubbing alcohol on a damp cotton ball or pad -- damp, not drippy.
