I last sync my Alta HR and recorded at least 32% battery left at about 9pm last night. Usually my Alta HR could last a week on each full charge. This morning I found it dead. Screen is blank, tapping the screen did not bring anything up. Charging it for over an hour now, but nothing seem to work or revive it. I just checked and there isn't any service center here in Singapore. How do I repair, claim warranty on this?

If your Alta HR still doesn't charge, I would recommend performing some troubleshooting steps provided in this help article:

Currently, we don't have a repair center but if this continues, please let me know.
