One day noticed wrong time after charging, then odd behavior of screen being blank and battery not holding a charge. Seems like a common problem right now. After waiting months for a fix to get calls and messages to display finally, I'm once again suspecting software issues as my Alta HR is only 2 years old.

I am having the same issue. Mine is just over a year old. Last year I got one replaced as it was under warranty. Now it's a bit over a year and this replacement also has exact same issue of not holding charge for more than half a day! What is the solution for my Alta HR?

Same issue with mine fit bit is less than 2 years old and for the last two weeks doesn't hold charge for more than a half a day. I have tried all the advises from help and support centre and nothing helped. I always looked well after it as I absolutely loved it. Any other advices ??
