For over a week now, my Alta HR is t registering/ recording sleep score. I have reset it, deleted and reinstalled the app, made sure I have the latest app update, turned the heart rate on/off and synced again, contacted support twice with two different cases open on it to no avail. I now have over an hour trying to Troubleshoot this and it still is not fixed. Super frustrating. Please fix. My tracker is less than a year old.

Same! I only just got this (second hand) - it recorded my sleep score Monday night, but last night it didn't. I hope they resolve this!
